A 1-hour and 15-minute yoga practice for sensitive souls. Connect and flow with other deep feelers seeking to move through their emotions via mindful asana, pranayama, and honest reflection through guided meditation. Come as you are—all moods & feelings welcome.

This is a donation-based, virtual yoga offering guided via Zoom every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month for July and August 2025!

Donations are suggested on a sliding scale basis, and can be sent only if you feel called to do so. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. You can send your donations directly to your teacher through their preferred payment platforms.
