Rachelle
she / they
Rachelle is a trauma-informed yoga teacher who guides students toward embodied liberation. With 13+ years of personal practice, she weaves asana, breathwork, and yogic philosophy into her flows to honor the roots of yoga while resisting its commodification. Her teaching is a gentle rebellion—against grind culture, disembodied wellness trends, and colonial erasure—rooted in the belief that healing begins when we reclaim rest, agency, and interconnectedness. Once a burnt-out people-pleaser, she now helps others alchemize exhaustion into empowerment, both on and off the mat.
Rachelle is a self-proclaimed overthinker and tender-hearted dreamer of a world built on kind and loving community. She teaches not just to share yoga, but to nurture communities where worth isn’t tied to productivity, and where liberation is practiced as fiercely as handstands. For her, yoga is more than movement—it’s a lifelong conversation between body, breath, and the courage to show up as you are.
