Breathe To Be with Dorinda

In the fast-paced environment of modern life, finding moments of peace and clarity can be a challenge.

"Breath to Be" is a 45-minute class designed to introduce you to the transformative power of conscious breathing. Through guided exercises and simple techniques, you will learn how to harness your breath to reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate a greater sense of well-being.

What you will need: A computer or phone with Zoom, your personal yoga mat, any props that are supportive for you, and a journal and pen.
