A cozy, at-home deep stretch class designed perfectly for when you're feeling homebody-ish and in an introverted mood. If you're craving stillness, softness, and self-connection, we will use gentle breathwork and slow movement to calm the nervous system — all while sipping a warm cup of tea of your choice.
Bring your favorite mug, comfy clothes, and whatever you have around the house to support your practice (pillows, blankets, books). No pressure, no perfection just presence. (A suggested playlist will be provided for you to queue at home, or you can practice without music.)
What you'll need: Phone/computer with Zoom, a soft place to land, a warm cup of tea, anything cozy that will help you feel at home.
